Circuit #19 : High-Side Driver
A solenoid is activated with a 12V supply, but one end of the solenoid is permanently grounded. Rather than driving the solenoid on the low side, in a circuit similar to Circuit #7, this demands driving the solenoid on the high side, as shown below.
